• Where your products source and manufactured?
• Most of our products are made from China.
• Why the delivery process takes too long to received the package?
• The typical delivery time process for international using Economic/Standard is 12 to 20 business days and this would be an efficient cost to offer a FREE DELIVERY SERVICE.
• Why my country location excluded from this item to purchased?
• As much as possible we want our products to sell in all countries but, unfortunately some of our courier services may not be available or very expensive to ship.
• Do you provide tracking number from your shipments?
• Yes, every order from our store is trackable using our major shipping partners.
• My order was not yet delivered and it reached 2 months due from the date purchased?
• Message us if you haven't received the item, give us at least 3 to 5 days to check and verified. (Take not that some of the delayed issues cause by customs clearance and other unexpected events)
