• Our ordering process takes 24 hours once we confirmed the payment, we will immediately ship the item.
• Buyers will received a notification email confirming about the purchase details from our store.
• Review your order before checking out to avoid mistakes order, specially the address used and the specific item.
• All transactions are final we cannot undo the transaction once we process and ship the item.
• For international customers, we have limited coverage of shipping option message us and, we will check the availability of your location.

• All payments are process thru PayPal if you don't have a PayPal account use the Express Checkout to pay using your Debit/Credit card.

RETURN POLICY

• Our return and refund policy is limited and strictly under reasonable issues with the product only.
• If the product you received is different from your order please, message us immediately to address the issue.
• Buyers will provide a short video and photo copy of the item received and write the details of the problem and send to our email at ([email protected])
• Once we verified the product problem and issues, we will send a replacement at no cost.
• Change of mind is not we considered for this policy but, you may still write to us the reason and try to solve the problem.
• Once the return request was approved we will send you a details of the return shipment. 
• Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost and secured a copy of the receipt with tracking number.

DELIVERY DETAILS

• All products will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks in the US, EU, Canada and possible subject for fees and taxes from the local post office.
• For other countries, delivery takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the region and subject for fees and taxes.
• All deliveries are subject for customs clearance, and this may have an impact on the delivery time.
• Take note that if the address was in a remote area in provinces, most cases the item will be delivered directly to your local post office for pickup.
• We used a single flat rate Economic/Standard delivery for all items, and express delivery is not available.
• If the item not received on the expected date, be patient, we do not have control of deliveries.
• We are not liable for the wrong shipping address stated in your order, if the package was returned or delivered in the wrong place.
• You will received email notification about the shipment tracking number.
